INDUBIA™ GEN 1
The INDUBIA™ GEN 1 - our first model. This model was created to allow users to enjoy the smooth glass pipe experience without the constant stress of it breaking. It is the perfect size for everyday use or travel. It is crafted from a block of 6063 Aerospace-Grade Aluminum, so it is incredibly lightweight. It is then Anodized to provide extreme resistance to rust/oxidation, and lastly fitted with glass, o-rings, and a screen located below and away from the bowl between the bowl housing & stem. Cleaning is very easy, as the pipe is easily disassembled (see video below), as is replacing any internal components should you manage to break the glass or wish to replace the screen/o-rings (repair kits are also available in addition to every GEN 1 being packaged with spare screens & gaskets). The INDUBIA™ GEN 1 is truly an upgrade from traditional glass smoking pipes.
INDUBIA™ GEN 4
The GEN 4 is very similar in size, shape, & function to the GEN 1, but with a few tweaks. The primary differences are within the bowl. The GEN 4 features a metal bowl, which is, like our GEN 1, Anodized - not painted. The GEN 4 bowl offers improved airflow thanks to the implementation of 3 evenly spaced holes - making it great for heavy packs, hard hits, and even moonrock/kief. The bowl is also threaded, so removing the bowl is as simple as unscrewing. Cleaning or replacing parts is just as simple with the GEN 4 (see video below). Repair kits are also available for the GEN 4. The GEN 4 simply offers more capability.
For those who prefer glass, the GEN 1 is the way to go. For those looking for enhanced capability, the GEN 4 is the right choice.
FAQs
Is the GEN 4 bowl painted? No. It is Anodized, which is more durable than paint and does not leach harmful chemicals.
How do I clean them? GEN 1: Unscrew stem piece, the glass stem can be pushed from one end and out the other. To remove the glass bowl, remove the screen and push the bowl upward. GEN 4: Stem is identical to GEN 1, the bowl is threaded and can be easily unscrewed. Both pipes are anodized so most cleaning solutions are safe to use.
Are they travel-friendly? Both are compact and made from 6063 aluminum, so they're durable, lightweight, and won't get beat up in bags.
